What these monitors are receiving is schedule data. Whatever the agents are on, whether laptops, servers or workstations, that data gets sent back to the ConnectWise Automate server. Where does the data come from? The ConnectWise Automate agents. This means that they’re searching against data that already exists. Internal monitors are simple queries that run against the database.

Not only can you set a monitor to detect insufficient RAM, you can tell it to alert you in different ways, how often to alert you, and even how often to keep checking on the problem.   • Create the monitor with the suggested parameters below (pasted SQL below image).
  • Go to Automation Monitors Internal Monitors and right-click to create "New Monitor.
  • Open a Client and verify that there is a Huntress_Install and Huntress Tab (check off "Huntress_Install" for Clients that are getting Huntress).
  • Click Config Configurations Additional Fields. Fill in Field Name, Field Type, Tab, Data Screen, and Tooltip with suggested values below.
  • The best places for help on these issues are ConnectWise University Automate Documentation, MSPGeek, and r/labtech. There may be instances where the monitor may not function as expected. This documentation was created in a controlled environment.
